Took these out of the oven after baking and slid them straight over the pan to cool, and they held tight with zero mess. The silicone is thick enough to feel durable but still stretches easily over the edges. Honestly, I'm tossing the foil for good.
I've been using these to cover brownies in the fridge, and they're much less fiddly than foil—the 8x8 size fits my pan perfectly, and I can just pop them in the oven to reheat without swapping dishes. The silicone is thick enough to get a good seal, so my bars stay moist for days.
The fact that these are oven-safe is a game-changer—I can pop the whole pan under the broiler for extra fudgy edges without swapping lids. The silicone feels thick and sturdy, and after a few washes in the sink, they still snap right back into shape.
